When someone says they want to come, it puts them on the guest list for that event with how many people are coming, and they can add a guest or cancel in the same chat. You see the guest list for each event in the portal.
Does it stop taking RSVPs when an event is full?
Yes. Each event can have a capacity. The AI counts everyone on the guest list, tells customers when only a few places are left, and says the event is fully booked once it is.
Can customers buy tickets in the chat?
Not yet. The AI quotes your ticket price and keeps the guest list, and you take payment the way you do today. Venues can take a deposit by card for table reservations.
Can it design and post flyers for my events?
Yes. It designs a flyer from your event details, or you upload your own artwork, writes a caption you can edit, and posts it to Instagram and Facebook straight away or at a time you schedule.
Does it suit venues and nightlife as well as event organisers?
Yes. Organisers use the events and guest lists; venues also take table and booth reservations with reminders and an optional deposit. Both run on the same AI.
Will it make up details about an event?
No. It only talks about the events you create, with the dates, prices and details you entered. If it doesn't know something - how to pay, for example - it says the team will confirm and lets you know.
